About the Company
Responsibilities
We re looking for a technologically savvy Head of Regional Project Delivery with a proven track record in leading project teams across the Asia Pacific region to successful solution delivery and customer success.
- Optimise project revenues by ensuring efficient resource allocation and identifying opportunities for additional revenues through change requests;
- Execute project strategies by leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring quality standards across projects;
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships leading governance efforts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and the timely remediation of any issues;
- Oversee endtoend resource planning as well as manage any thirdparty vendors to ensure delivery standards are met;
- Provide key technical insights to sales teams assisting with client engagement and technical escalations;
- Build and nurture regional team by providing career development and KPI strategies.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in technology or any relevant discipline;
- At least 10 to 12 years of experience in software project delivery;
- Experience in a senior management or leadership role;
- Excellent track record in project management and program management;
- Experience in working with different project management methodologies;
- Familiar with DevOps principles and tools;
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
