Minimum: 7 years of total experience in Test Automation
Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a lead role
Maximum: Up to 15 years of experience
Automation Expertise:
Handson experience with Selenium (Java) for web automation.
Solid experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
Frameworks and Tools:
Proficient in Cucumber BDD framework and TestNG.
Experience with CI/CD tools especially Jenkins for test integration and deployment pipelines.
Leadership & Strategy:
Prior experience leading a test automation team (minimum 2 years).
Ability to create and drive test plans test strategies and test preparation activities.
Accountable for mentoring and guiding team members on best practices.
Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to interact with stakeholders understand requirements and communicate effectively.
Manage and coordinate testing efforts with crossfunctional teams.
Process Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Ability to implement best testing practices and continuous improvement.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to clearly articulate testing concepts progress updates and issues to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience with HP ALM or other test management tools.
Exposure to performance or API testing will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
