Lead and mentor teams of software developers and project managers.
Define and execute comprehensive IT strategies and system architectures.
Oversee the development and delivery of technology products.
Align tech initiatives with the company s broader business objectives.
Stay up to date with new technologies and apply relevant trends to the business context.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Extensive experience in software development and project leadership.
Strong capabilities in developing IT strategy and technology architecture.
Demonstrated success in leading product development initiatives.
Experience managing technical teams effectively.
Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in managing technology within an international business environment.
Awareness of evolving technologies and industry innovations.
Background in digital transformation or similar industries is a plus.
