Job Description
This position facilitates the movement of goods utilizing a Sit Down forklift and RF scanner from staging area to outbound trailers. Able to follow directions and communicate both orally and written. 2025
- Daily inspection of Material Handling Equipment
- Performs Outbound function adhering to preferred methods
- Inspects products for damage before loading to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilizes RF Scanner to move goods from Staging to Outbound Mode of Transportation
- Ensures pallet is sturdy and safe to arrive at customer location
- Read and understand shipment paperwork
- Performs general housekeeping in the warehouse
- Performs other duties as assigned
Shift
- $19.50/hr. $2.00 shift differential
- 2nd shift Monday Friday 3 pm 11:30 pm plus overtime as scheduled including Saturday
Qualifications :
- Efficient at operating a propane sit down forklift
- Working knowledge of RF Scanners / System
- Ability to stand bend stretch squat
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Ability to accurately wrap stage and Load shipments within the required time
- Ability to meet efficiency requirement by function
- Ability to communicate in English
