You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPurpose of the role: As a Renewable Energy Solutions Manager you will be at the forefront of our trading companys efforts to grow our business dynamically. Your mission is to forge strong partnerships with renewable energy producers driving innovation and launching new services based on the latest market developments. This role is integral to our vision of a sustainable future and ensuring a reliable supply of renewable power.
Essential responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage relationships with renewable energy producers to secure power purchase agreements and foster longterm partnerships;
Lead initiatives in shortterm markets and Battery Energy Storage Systems to enhance our service offerings;
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation;
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate renewable power seamlessly into our trading portfolio and develop new service offerings;
Lead contract negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support both client and company goals;
Represent the company at industry events conferences and meetings to showcase our renewable energy initiatives and attract new partners;
Provide regular reports on sales activities client feedback and market insights to the executive team.
Qualifications :
At least 3 years of sales experience working for a power and/or natural gas trading company;
Proven track record of driving business development in competitive markets;
Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and deliver innovative solutions to clients;
Familiarity with digital tools and sales automation to enhance efficiency and client engagement;
A proactive mindset with a passion for creating and shaping new opportunities in a startup environment;
Fluency in Polish and business proficiency in English;
Education: Masters or Bachelors degree ideally in energy finance economics or mathematics;
Skills: Independence in work organization ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously precision attention to detail and a proactive approach.
