Job Summary:
Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach at our Ocala Baseline Rdlocation. As a parttime individual contributor for this franchise company you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide individuals in achieving their fitness goals while also earning competitive base pay and commission. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about health and fitness to gain experience in the franchise industry and make a positive impact on the lives of others. This is a position ranges from 5am 9am. We are looking to build off the successful 5 am class.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for members and potential clients.
Conduct fitness consultations and assessments for new and existing members to determine individual fitness goals and create personalized fitness plans.
Lead and coach group fitness classes as well as provide oneonone training sessions for members.
Continuously monitor and track members progress provide support and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans as needed.
Promote and sell memberships personal training packages and other services offered by Anytime Fitness.
Keep the gym clean and organized including equipment and common areas.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and membership goals.
Attend and participate in gym events and community outreach programs.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and continuously expand knowledge in health and fitness.
Requirements:
Passion for health and fitness and willingness to constantly expand knowledge in the industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lead and motivate individuals and groups.
Strong sales and marketing abilities.
