Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): Limitedtime project to assist in changing out the carriers and pulleys on the theater department curtain tracks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the technical director as needed to replace carriers and pulleys on curtain tracks.
Work will include pulling ropes removing/adding 20 lb weights to counterweight arbors moving heavy dusty theatrical curtains. May be climbing ladders. Work day will be 46 hours long.
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH HEAVY WEIGHTS ON A HIGH BALCONY. Balcony is only accessible by stairs.
Must be on campus or able to get to campus for work between May 21 2025 and May 31 2025. Project may end early if the work goes quickly.
Theatrical knowledge helpful but not necessary.
