- As ME-CN Travel Coordinator responsible for
- Flight booking rental car booking APEC card management etc.
- Continuous optimization of travelling related processes
- Management of ME-CN administrative topics
- Meeting rooms Gift Pool and other administrative work (e.g. PO release reimbursement fix assets check management meeting preparation exchange within ME-CN admin community)
- Optimization of administration related processes at ME-CN
3. Support on ME/RP-CN admin topic
- Calendar management arrangement of meetings and events
- Others
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Experience working as a department assistant.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated experience in writing and organizing events. (Photography and videography skills are preferred)
