Job Description
The Customer Service Representative uses phone email and written communication to help our customers resolve their questions about our products and programs.
Schedule: MondayFriday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM EST
Location: Inoffice Bristol PA
Training: Onsite TBD

Responsibilities:
- The Customer Contact Representative resolves customer concerns questions and requests efficiently using their knowledge and understanding of the product or program
- Provides customer with product and service information via phone email and or letter
- Identifies researches and resolves customer issues using computer systems
- Maintains current understanding of expectations through training
- Partners with the customer service team to meet goals and exceed expectations
- At least 18 years of age at least high school level education.
- Bilingual: Fluent in BOTH Spanish and English
- 6 months of customer service representative or contact center experience preferred
- Ability to type 35 words per minute
- General knowledge on how to use Microsoft office products
