You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently recruiting for a placement student to join our facilities team for a 12 week period. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in developing their knowledge in this area. This is a paid opportunity.
Working under the direct supervision of the Facilities Team Leader/ Service Team Coordinator the Facilities Assistant will assist in the efficient operation of the daytoday facilities duties which may include but is not limited to the following:Assisting with the everyday facilities and operations within the office concentrating on Meeting Room Set ups and ensuring all IT equipment in rooms is securely positioned. Working with the Facilities Team Manager for any additional requirements. Also working alongside Print/Mailroom replenishing stocks within the Printbays and any other necessary works.
