The role
As a Principal Security Consultant you will play a key role in shaping Zhlkes Cybersecurity consulting and engineering presence in Germany. Leveraging your expertise you will drive the acquisition and delivery of diverse cybersecurity projects for our clients ensuring the security of their digital products organizational structures and processes.
Your responsibilities will include governance compliance and risk management technical security consulting and security leadership through strategic discussions with various stakeholders. With a strong focus on cybersecurity strategy you will contribute with your experience across different facets including strategy consulting secure design principles application security network security cloud security data protection and governance.
How youll make an impact
In this role you will not only act as a coach and thought leader but also serve as a mentor to your colleagues showcasing leadership and consulting skills. Your ability to navigate the German market and engage with clients from startups to multinationals will be crucial in winning and successfully concluding client mandates. You will advise clients on a broad spectrum of information and IT security issues building trust at all levels from developers to Clevel through effective communication.

Whats important to us
You have a university degree in Cybersecurity computer science or a related field.
You have at least 10 years experience in Cybersecurity consulting based in the German market. You excel in technical environments and are proficient in leading projects and teams at the upper management level.
You love to connect with others which is why you have built a broad yet relevant local business network that you bring to enhance the Cybersecurity practice at Zuhlke Group.
You have a sound understanding of the German market for Cybersecurity consulting. You have also lived/worked in Germany and built a network which can be harnessed for potential opportunities.
You possess extensive clientfacing expertise showcasing a proven track record in both sales and presales activities along with successful oversight of client engagements and projects.
You have a swift grasp of complex issues possess strong problemsolving abilities and excel in effective communication with a genuine empathy for stakeholders.
You are thoughtful customeroriented creative and innovative with a cando attitude.
You demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for Cybersecurity and consulting showcasing an innate ability to find the optimal balance between security business considerations and usability.
You possess strong interpersonal skills extending empathy naturally to customers partners and team members fostering positive and collaborative relationships.
You can communicate succinctly and clearly especially with senior leaders and Clevel executives.
You exhibit an inquisitive and innovative nature selfmotivated to test ideas towards successful implementation.
You have an excellent command of the German and English language.
