We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an Exploration Consultant. You are an experimenter a roadblock remover an evidence producer and a person who sees innovation as crucial to succeeding with the green transition.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Serve as an exploration expert leading and coaching product teams
- Facilitate the development of new ideas and products through design sprints workshops and the validation of business models and value propositions.
- Lead cocreation workshops and events in collaboration with colleagues across Ramboll and Ramboll Tech.
- Track and share lessons learned across projects and with market and Ramboll Tech innovation leadership.
- Propose and test metrics to inform earlystage investment decisions and adapt business models for innovation projects.
You will help shape this role and we value your ideas on how to make it a success.
HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE
- Proven experience in coaching and implementing lean startup and other agile approaches to business model development and validation.
- Expertise in cocreation and facilitation of design sprints and other workshop methodologies.
- Uptodate knowledge of innovation trends industry trends new technologies startups and competitors.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Empathetic and able to maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations.
- Enjoy teamwork and support colleagues to learn through knowledge sharing.
- Fluent in English
