Your Role
As the CTO at Optimus Information you will embark on a rewarding journey where your expertise and leadership will make a significant impact. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape and drive the companys technical strategy ensuring alignment with both business goals and Microsofts Azure vision with a focus on Azurecentered solutions.
- Thought Leadership: Define and implement a comprehensive technological vision staying current with Azures latest technologies and trends.
- Team Management and SelfLeadership: Lead and empower architects promoting a culture of innovation selfleadership and excellence.
- Client Engagement and Solutions Development: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs creating highlevel Azurebased solutions that are customerfocused straightforward and costeffective.
- Innovation in Cloud and AI: Provide technical oversight for cloudnative application development and Data & AI initiatives leveraging the latest Azure technologies to push boundaries.
- Infrastructure Expertise: Oversee Azure infrastructure migration projects ensuring clients experience optimal and efficient transitions.
- Technology Standards: Establish standards for processes tools training and certifications to elevate our internal technical teams capabilities.
- Outreach: Represent Optimus in technical engagements through presentations events conferences and more.
Your Background
- Advanced degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in technical leadership roles within an IT consulting environment.
- Proven leadership experience in IT consulting with a track record of aligning technical solutions to meet business objectives.
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial approach to problemsolving.
- Exceptional communicator skilled at highlevel technical discussions with clients.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its ecosystem.
- Strategic innovative thinker with a passion for team development and fostering a selfled work culture.
