Job Description
Description of Service Opportunity:
After school services to be provided to private school and homeschool students. Required staff: Related Service Providers: Speech and Language OT PT SAC and behavior therapist. Services to be provided: Academic Support Wilson/OG Reading speech and language physical therapy occupational therapy BCBA services and counseling . 45 minute service time 15 minute prep time no more than 4 students per group. Up to 5 hours a week.

Contract Amount:
$60.00 per hour Not to exceed $7020.00
