Federally Qualified Health Center seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in the Austin TX area!

About the role:
- Fulltime permanent position
- MondayFriday 8a5p
- FNP / PA will work in an outpatient setting seeing an underserved patient population with higher comorbidities
- Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant will be responsible for Primary Care services helping individuals manage their chronic conditions preventative care and patient education
- APP will join a busy practice that offers a collaborative team environment
Background:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA
- 1.52 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
