Location: Saint Paul MN

Service Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Coverage Type: Clinical Optional Call

Coverage Period: 09/15/2025 13 weeks

Clinical Shift Schedule: 7:00a 7:00p (Day shift)

On-Call Shift Schedule: Optional

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: Adults

Patient Volume/Census: Not specified

Case Mix: CABG heart transplants VADs valve procedures

FACILITY INFORMATION

Trauma Level: Adult Level III/IV

EMR System: Epic

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Vein harvesting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Minnesota license (or willing to obtain)

Certifications: ACLS

Experience: Cardiothoracic surgery required

Other Qualifications: Epic charting experience required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in cardiothoracic surgeries including CABGs valve repairs/replacements transplants and VADs

Perform vein harvesting

Collaborate with surgical and ICU teams

Participate in day shift clinical responsibilities

Complete documentation in Epic EMR system
