Job Title: Porter/Dishwasher
Reports to: Sanitation Manager
Location: Bronx NY
Porter (Dishwasher/Janitorial Support)

Role Overview: The Porter/Dishwasher ensures Kommissarys facilities remain clean safe and efficient. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment maintaining workspaces and supporting janitorial tasks to uphold health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable detailoriented and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment utensils and workstations.
- Perform janitorial tasks including cleaning offices and bathrooms.
- Handle deep cleaning and facility maintenance as needed.
- Work safely with cleaning chemicals and maintain adherence to sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Prioritize tasks work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Follow all company policies health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen or food production (required).
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards.
- Dependable teamoriented and able to work independently.

Physical Requirements:
