We are proudly partnering with a leading national community NDIS service who are currently expanding their team in Lithgow. Key areas of the role are:
- Working closely with participants and their care team providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
- Conducting home and community assessments making home mod and AT recommendations
- Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio Speech) to provide holistic care plans
- Participating in individual and group wide professional development initiatives

The successful candidate will have
- Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
- Ideally 12 months post graduate experience but new grads already AHPRA registered also welcome to apply
- Strong passion for working with NDIS participants
Salary can be negotiated based on experience ideally between $85k$100k super bonus vehicle allowance. You will also be supported mentored and offered genuine work life balance plus your choice of full time or part time.
