Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for building organizational capacity and capabilities for the Cylinder & Accumulator Engineering function through recruitment retention and training.
- Bridge the gap between cylinder design automation inputs and outputs where applicable and review and release GA drawings and Cost BOM to the TechnoCommercial Offer team.
- Release manufacturing and assembly drawings for development and manufacturing purposes.
- Establish and drive Engineering Change Management for improvements in quality and cost.
- Maintain Order Process Tracking from enquiry to cylinder delivery through a Digital Status Monitoring System.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures maintaining all ISO records with zero NCR during audits.
