Job Overview

The Junior Sales role at NoBroker is a fulltime position based in Bangalore suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. This role involves leveraging salesforce automation and implementing innovative social media and prospecting strategies to enhance customer communication. The ideal candidate will be eager to work in a dynamic environment that offers a steep learning curve and professional growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in salesforce automation to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to employ social media sales strategies effectively to reach and engage with potential clients.
  • Expertise in prospecting techniques to identify and secure new leads and opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional convincing skills to persuade potential customers and close sales effectively.
  • Experience in voice process and domestic calling ensuring a professional interaction with clients.
  • Detailoriented to accurately assess customer needs and provide appropriate property solutions.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team adapting to dynamic work environments.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote NoBrokers services and offerings.
  • Utilize salesforce automation tools to track and manage sales activities and customer information.
  • Develop and execute social media sales strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Identify potential leads through prospecting techniques and convert them into satisfied clients.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales pitches and approaches for various market segments.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Report on sales activities and progress to management including achievements and areas for improvement.
