EMIS Coordinator5 hrs per day 222 days)WATERLOO LOCAL SCHOOLS

Qualifications
Certified EMIS Professional (CEP) preferred or equivalent experience in Education Management Information Systems (EMIS).
High school diploma required; an advanced degree in data processing education or information systems is a plus.
Strong knowledge of EMIS reporting student data management and state compliance.
Proficient in automated data processing systems including DASL/Student Information Systems payroll integration and scheduling software.
Ability to interpret communicate and apply EMIS guidelines issued by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE).
Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with district staff parents and external agencies.
Demonstrates confidentiality professionalism and ethical integrity.
Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple data reporting cycles.
Maintains a clean criminal record and meets all mandated health screening requirements following a conditional job offer.
