Your compensation as a Project Manager will be $135000 $140000 per annum.
What youll do
Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
Lead and manage all aspects of project from initiation to completion.
Identify evaluate and select vendors and consultants to meet project requirements.
Oversee the bidding process ensuring competitive and fair selection of contractors and suppliers.
Work alongside our engineering department to ensure project alignment.
Manage and oversee all hotel projects ensuring they meet company standards.
Establish and maintain clear boundaries to ensure focus on project management responsibilities
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment identifying schedules scopes budget estimations and implementation plans including risk mitigation
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope schedule and budget
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Youll also Ensure that all projects are completed ontime within scope and within budget.

What youll bring
Youll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
You have a solid technical background with understanding or handson experience in software development and web technologies.
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
Excellent negotiation skills
Must have knowledge of purchasing equipment and bulk materials
Excellent understanding of project management
Minimum 3 years experience of project procurement management leading the procurement of materials and equipment
Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
Strong knowledge and experience in managing contract development terms and conditions negotiation strategy and with internal customer alignment etc
Must be able to solve problems
Must be able to travel as needed
