Nofence is a fastgrowing Norwegian tech company that combines nature and innovation pushing the boundaries of whats possible in animal welfare and sustainable grazing. With the worlds first virtual fencing system for livestock weve already helped farmers across Europe and the USA graze without physical fences while keeping full control of their animals. Were now looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to act as our internal project lead - the engine that turns creative ideas into clear milestones keeps momentum high and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
What will you be doing
As a rapidly growing scaleup expanding into more markets and channels we need a structured handson project manager who can seamlessly weave every thread together. Working closely with our Brand Manager youll coordinate teams timelines and activities so that no detail is lost.
Your key contributions
Own and update our annual campaign calendar and communications wheel.
Coordinate project plans timelines and meetings so nothing slips through the cracks.
Develop and improve processes project structures and workflows across the team.
Ensure internal and external partners receive the right resources at the right time.
Organise every practical aspect of media plans shoots and other productions from A to Z.
Gather structure and share campaign insights from external partners to make each round even better.
Who are we looking for
Youre a natural project manager motivated by structure pace and crossfunctional collaboration across disciplines and time zones. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys improving the way we work and loves making plans come to life. You will join a global team adding structure clarity and execution to everything from campaigns and marketing materials to content production and internal workflowsboth within the global team and in close cooperation with local marketing roles.
We believe you have
3 years experience in a coordinator project or marketing role (agency experience is a plus).
Proven ability to set up and optimise processes in projectmanagement tools such as Jira Notion Trello Monday Asana or similar.
A drive for delivering high quality and keeping a cool head when multiple projects run in parallel.
Clear and inclusive communication skills - written and spoken in Norwegian and English.
An eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture and the ability to bring others along with the plan.
