Job Description
WHO YOU ARE
- Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of selfpropelled
- Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
- Clear perspective of maintenance and repair issues in the industry
- Planning and management experience
- Computer literacy along with reporting experience
- Ensure equipment repairs are completed efficiently safely and to high standards.
- Communicate with customers about significant estimate discrepancies.
- Process warranties in alignment with supplier guidelines.
- Manage labor efficiency quality control and safety with precision.
- Provide inspiring leadership to Shop and Parts Sales personnel fostering team growth.
- Monitor Shop Assistant Mechanic and Parts Sales roles to ensure adherence to their job descriptions.
- Develop and report on monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators.
- Prepare detailed repair estimates and parts requests.
- Keep the company competitive and profitable within the market.
