Scope :
We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to drive the vision strategy and of our Digital Substation product line. The Product Line Leader will be responsible for shaping the portfolios direction ensuring competitive differentiation and enabling growth in global markets. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise market knowledge and leadership capabilities to align crossfunctional teams and deliver impactful solutions for our customers.
The Digital Substation product line leader drives the overall business strategy of the Digital Substation solution as part of the GridBeats portfolio focusing on market demand product management and technology differentiation.
The Digital Substation portfolio includes innovative protection relays bay controllers merging units and substation gateways as well as the software toolkit to configure manage and deploy overall solutions.
The individual will have direct responsibility over the product management and the product development of a portfolio that is expected to grow 10x in revenues over the next 4 years leveraging a team of domain experts and optimizing R&D allocation.
The leader will report directly to the GridBeats Leader overseeing the industrialization go to market strategy and commercial development of the portfolio interacting with Grid Automation supply chain regions customers and industry leaders.
The leader will also interact within the broader GE Vernova Electrification segment and Grid teams to maximize collaboration cross businesses initiatives impact and performance.

The base pay range for this position is 153800..00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15 variable incentive bonus annually.This posting is expected to close on 5/5/25.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110 120 or 130 of salary in certain areas.
