We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic consultant for our educational initiatives with a strong focus on fostering learning and career progression. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen operational excellence pedagogical expertise and a deep understanding of educational products. Academic Consultant will be responsible for orientation sessions and workshops with relevant stakeholders
1. Responsible for retention of schools in the designated territory along with the allocated team.
2. Key account management (KAM) of schools through relationship building and providing product consultation to key stakeholders (management principal teachers parents students).
3. Regularly conduct orientation sessions and workshops with relevant stakeholders
4. Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage at schools are effective.
5. Coordinate with the Product Team for a robust and agile feedback loop.
6. Responsible for revenue generation through upsell and crosssell of Ei products to existing school
Requirements
1. Strong educational background of teaching (Teachers training/B.Ed etc)
2. Understanding of Curriculums Assessments and best practices in the domain of pedagogy.
3. Relevant experience of at least 812 years with a proven record.
4. Experience of managing a team.
5. Willing to work the in the field and open to travel
