Osler is looking to add a dynamic and dedicated individual to join its Legal Talent Department as the Student Programs Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a junior lawyer who wants to play a pivotal role in shaping the early careers of aspiring lawyers in a culture which nurtures mentoring and the exchange of ideas.
Working closely with the Director Student Programs and Legal Recruitment the Student Programs Manager will oversee the day to operations of the Student Program in the Toronto office.

Education and Experience
The ideal candidate has a law degree and experience practicing in a large law firm coupled with an appetite to acquire strong management and program implementation skills. An equivalent combination of education training and experience may be acceptable.
Knowledge and Skills
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
