DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role you will serve as the InspectorInCharge on highway construction projects. Duties will entail applying sound engineering practices and principles while managing complex and multiple construction projects from assignment to completion in a professional timely cost effective and safe manner. Additionally you will utilize engineering knowledge to analyze project information to resolve or provide engineering support for issues requiring coordination with municipalities private property and/or businesses emergency services railroads authorities utilities and other construction projects.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch.
- You will work closely with vendors and work hours may change based on vendor availability.
- Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) parttime on an adhoc basis. In order to telework you must have a securely configured highspeed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Uniontown.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty; and an EngineerinTraining certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers Land Surveyors and Geologists; or
- Five years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty; and an EngineerinTraining certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers Land Surveyors and Geologists; and an associates degree in civil engineering technology or a closely related engineering discipline; or
- Two years of professional civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty and a bachelors degree in civil engineering or a closely related engineering discipline;
Special Requirements:
- This position requires possession of a valid drivers license.
Other Requirements:- PA residency requirement is currently waivedfor this title.
