Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations L2 Support Engineer to manage and support IT Service Management processes using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) Configuration Management Database (CMDB) IT Service Management (ITSM) Discovery Service Catalog and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for ServiceNow applications ensuring smooth IT operations.
  • Manage and maintain CMDB and ensure accurate asset and configuration data.
  • Support ITOM processes such as event management discovery and automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Configure and maintain the Service Catalog to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT operations and workflow automation.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.


Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in IT Operations with ServiceNow.
  • Handson experience in ITOM ITSM Discovery and CMDB management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and support critical IT operations.
