At Gorgias the Demand Generation team is the tip of the spear of revenue generation. Our job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos by running marketing experiments across multiple channels (email ads customer referral direct mail) rapidly scaling the ones that work and supporting other departments with growth expectations (sales partnership events etc.
The team itself is composed of two main squads:
Marketing Intelligence is responsible for growth experiments ideation campaign management data analysis and copy creation.
Marketing Operations is responsible for implementing scaling and maintaining automated acquisition systems and turning your craziest ideas into a reality. including data extraction and transformation. Youll work with Growth Engineer such as Guillaume Aubert Victor Barre Axel Ruiz and Data Analyst such as Gonalo Jardim
In this role youll be responsible for hitting ambitious targets every month and driving pipeline by running growth experiments across marketing channels.
Youll also play a key role in helping departments scale their acquisition. Collaborating with growth engineers youll develop automated and scalable revenue operations processes.

What youll do:
Own & grow our Demand Generation team revenue (outbound customer referral) by identifying and executing growth experiments building workflows and partnering with the growth engineers to develop new systems and intent signals.
Scale AIdriven outreach design & optimize prompts by leveraging prompt engineering and structuring structure data sources (competitive analysis customer research persona insights) to power our AI copywriterto improve our cold outreach and events followup performances using PromptLayer
Support 0to1 launch of our new marketing product by collaborating with the Product Marketing team to execute acquisition campaigns and hit aggressive targets owning results from launch to impact.
Drive crossfunctional revenue initiatives partnering with Sales Partnerships Ambassadors and Events teams. Collect business needs identify scalable solutions and work with growth engineers to translate them into realworld (e.g. AIpowered event followups).
Conduct data analysis using SQL to monitor and report on campaign performance identify business opportunities and develop actionable next steps.
Example projects youll work on:
Boost outbound email reply rates by designing AI prompts for our intent signals and evergreen campaigns. Optimize instructions to follow bestinclass cold outreach practices minimize hallucinations and inconsistencies and structure resourcessuch as a competitor comparison gridto enhance AIgenerated responses.
Optimize customer referral campaigns by leveraging internal data (customer employment history LinkedIn connections) for hyperpersonalized outreach across email linkedin and direct mail.
Refine our event followup campaigns by optimizing content with AIpowered copy implementing multichannel outreach and collaborating with the Partner Manager to enhance manual followups by setting up workflows to surface key account insights (historical engagement recent signals etc.
