You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of the Director s Residence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the household managing the residence staff executing events overseeing maintenance activities and offering personalized assistance to one of the Founder members.
Who are we looking for
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Oversee and coordinate the housing staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Foster a positive and productive environment ensuring all staff duties are completed as per the high standards required for the residence.
Maintenance Management: Plan and manage the annual maintenance schedule for the residence. Ensure all systems appliances and general facilities are maintained to the highest standards troubleshooting issues as they arise and arranging repairs when necessary.
Event Planning and : Lead the planning and of events from concept to completion. This includes handling parties birthdays and other special events ensuring every detail is meticulously managed to provide a seamless and memorable experience for guests.
Procurement and Inventory Management: Responsible for procuring household supplies managing inventory and ensuring the residence is fully stocked with the required goods. Oversee purchases for daily operations and events while ensuring costefficiency.
Personalized Assistance: Provide personalized support and assistance to one of the Founder members ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Food and Beverage (F&B) Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of F&B services including menu planning meal preparation and ensuring the highest quality of dining experiences for guests. Manage the F&B services for events and daily meals.
Qualifications:
5 to 15 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in managing a highend residential property or a luxury household.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and coordinate a team of staff effectively.
Expertise in event planning and management with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Strong knowledge and experience in F&B services including managing meals catering and special event menus.

Preferred Candidate: Women only due to the specific nature of the role and household requirements.
Location: The position is based at the Director s Residence in Vikhroli.
