- Enjoy a steady and growing client base with stable pay or commissions.

- Drive our fully equipped grooming van to appointments in the Baton Rouge area.
- Provide professional grooming services including bathing brushing trimming and styling.
- Ensure pet safety and comfort using gentle handling and positive reinforcement.
- Assess pets coat skin health and wellbeing informing owners of any concerns.
- Educate pet owners on grooming best practices and recommend homecare products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming equipment and the van.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Passion for animals and a love for pet grooming.
- Professional grooming experience with expertise in breedspecific cuts and coat care.
- Valid grooming license (where required).
- Valid drivers license & clean record (ability to drive a grooming van safely).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with pet owners.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to highquality grooming.
- Ability to work independently manage time and adapt to scheduling needs.
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and extended hours as needed.
- Grooming certification from a reputable school is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (including heavy dogs when necessary).
