Position Title: 988 Quality Improvement Coordinator
Type: Fulltime 36hours)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with program administrators and supervisors to assist in continued quality improvement (CQI) processes.
- Support and strengthen 988 program services through the development of CQI reports and datadriven improvement plans alongside the 988 leadership team.
- Assist in the presentation of 988 reports that highlight progress made towards meeting identified KPI standards.
- Enhance individual and group supervision of 988 Crisis Counselors and Supervisors through the utilization of quantitative and qualitative data analytics.
- Coordinate with other CQI agency administrators as needed for the purpose of reporting on standards established by licensing and accrediting bodies.
- Ensure clinical practices program operations and data collection/reporting standards meet CCBHC requirements and support quality improvements to meet targeted goals and fidelity standards.
- Provide support to data management team in developing reports data collection retrieval and analysis and presentation of data.
- Utilize a number of platforms and technologies for the purpose of analyzing and disseminating performancebased metrics.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in human services/healthcare administration preferred.
- Bachelors degree and 5 years experience in healthcare or related field required.
- 35 years experience in quality outcomes data analysis and program evaluation required.
- Proficient in Excel Microsoft Office and reporting analytical skills.
