Fortune is seeking a proactive creative and techdriven Marketing Manager to join ourUK/European Sales & Marketing team. This role will focus on audience nurturing
account communications lead generation demand generation and commercialproduct developments playing a crucial role in driving revenue across our global mediaplatforms including digital conferences video podcast print and social media.Were looking for a motivated Marketing Manager with a commercial mindset todevelop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that engage prospects nurtureexisting audiences and support revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fullfunnel marketing activations including newsletter/email marketingCanva/design skills coding experience and lead generation programs. Success in thisposition will be measured by the effectiveness of marketing campaigns audienceengagement and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & :
Develop and implement audience nurturing strategies ensuring consistent andimpactful communications across multiple touchpoints.
Lead the creation and of lead generation and demand generationprograms leveraging digital channels to drive highquality prospects into the
sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Commercial team to createcompelling marketing collateral including sales presentations emailcampaigns and promotional content.
Optimize marketing efforts through datadriven insights tracking campaignperformance and refining strategies accordingly.
Account & Audience Engagement:
Build and maintain effective accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies toenhance client engagement and retention.
Oversee email marketing initiatives crafting compelling messaging and ensuringbest practices in segmentation and automation.
Utilize CRM tools to track audience interactions refine engagement strategiesand personalize marketing efforts. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all client and internalcommunications.
Creative & Digital Innovation:
Leverage Canva and other design tools to create visually compelling marketingmaterials that enhance audience engagement.
Identify and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance leadgeneration and audience nurturing.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies tokeep Fortune at the forefront of digital engagement.
Event & Commercial Product Support:
Provide marketing support for events ensuring strong preevent promotionseamless and impactful postevent followups.
Work closely with the commercial team to develop gotomarket strategies fornew media products and advertising solutions.
Assist in the development of postevent recap decks performance reports andkey learnings for internal and client review.

Professional/Personal Qualifications
Relevant Work Experience: 24 years of marketing experience preferably in amedia organization or agency.
Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Cvent Canva HTML/CSS(basic coding) PowerPoint Excel and email marketing platforms.
Strong copywriting and analytical skills. Education: Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
Personal Attributes: Creative proactive adaptable and datadriven with astrong commercial mindset.
