Salary range: $33.75 $45 per hour depending on years of experience
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a Parttime Licensed Practical Nurse Lead Medication Nurse (LPN) to join our team at North Branch Correctional Institution (NBCI)located in Cumberland Maryland.
The Lead Medication LPN dispenses and administers oral inhalation and topical medications to patients. This person also takes vital signs assists in examination and treatment and with activities of daily living.
Available shift: 12 hours per week
Qualifications
- Active LPN license to practice in Maryland
- Minimum of one year of work experience as a LPN in a community outpatient clinic hospital or longterm care facility preferred
- Experience working in corrections preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
