Qualifications :
Minimum experience of 36 years.
A passion for providing excellent client service including proactively anticipating client needs from a travel agency point of view.
Native GDS expertise in Amadeus & Galileo and LCC portal.
Strong professional communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail.
Integrity in all actions especially when handling personal traveler information.
A solid understanding of the B2B travel industry ideally with experience to provide ticketing solutions to travel agent partners.
The ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or in collaboration with suppliers.
