Job Description
Are you a dynamic problemsolver with a passion for driving business success Were seeking talented Consultants to join our team in Milan and Rome Italy. As a Consultant youll play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic goals.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities
- Conduct indepth research and analysis to develop innovative solutions
- Design and implement tailored strategies and business models
- Lead project workstreams and deliver highquality deliverables on time
- Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
- Support junior team members and contribute to their professional development
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to provide cuttingedge advice
- Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adapt quickly to different industries and business environments
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Business Economics Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry positions
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a structured approach
- Strong business acumen and industry insights
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of developing creative solutions from strategy to implementation
- Demonstrated leadership potential and experience working in diverse teams
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel PowerBI Tableau)
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
- Strong research and report writing abilities
- Adaptability to different industries and client needs
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous
