The Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University Department of Medicine is seeking highly skilled fellowshiptrained candidates for a Transplant Nephrologist to join the faculty.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated to working within in a vibrant academic environment and outpatient and inpatient clinical practice areas where active teaching and mentoring of Nephrology fellows Internal Medicine residents and medical students is strongly encouraged. Opportunities for engagement in research are also available for interested applicants.
Temple University Hospitals Kidney Transplant Program was founded nearly 35 years ago and offers a full range of transplant services including deceased and living kidney transplantation as well as deceased pancreas and kidneypancreas transplantation. Our multidisciplinary approach and the experience of our transplant team allow us to treat the most complex patients including those with numerous comorbidities. Our faculty includes experienced nephrologists and surgeons who work cohesively with an experienced support team consisting of transplant coordinators nurse practitioners a dedicated doctor of pharmacy social worker and financial counselor.
