Residential Supervisor

Are you the Residential Supervisor we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latencyaged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24hour comprehensive care including a school on site a full clinical staff nursing staff and direct care staff.

Salary: $26/hour

Schedule: Shifts might vary but likely Sunday through Thursday or Sunday through Wednesday mostly evening shifts 2PM 10PM

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

• YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site and also through rotating on call coverage
• YOU will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students.
• YOU will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Littletons Residential Department.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid drivers license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings holidays weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal deescalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
