Responsibilities:
Manage coordinate and assist with the design fabrication and installation of HVAC modular solutions.
Responsible for planning organizingcoordinatingand overseeingall aspects ofprojects from order inception.
Assistsales engineers andapplication engineers with development of projectspecificationsconceptual layoutsand design detailsfor HVAC modular solutions.
Developcoordinateand overseeproject schedules and timelineswithinteraction frominternalsalesengineering and production groups.
Manage and coordinatethe development of projectdesignsubmittals.
Coordinate and oversee theapproval ofproject design submittalsand equipment submittalswith clients consulting engineers andinstalling contractors.
Manage schedule and attend projectcoordination meetings with both internal design groups andexternally withclients consulting engineersandinstalling contractors.
Monitor and manage project milestoneswithinternaldesignand production groups and externally with clients and installing contractors.
Develop and manage project WIPs to oversee and manageproject budgets.
Assist and support field equipment installations with installing contractors.
Work to develop and improve client/customer relations and promote modular HVAC systems.
Requirements:
MinimumAssociate degreein the Electrical Electronics and/or Mechanical Engineering Technologies with 23 years experiencein a related field.
Experience with PCERP systemsMicrosoft 365 (OfficeincludingProject)3D AutoCAD capabilities and AutoCAD Electricalpreferred.
Understanding and/or desire to learn functions of electronic controllers instruments supporting field transmitters and concepts of variable water volume pumping.
Knowledge and comprehension of project building plans designs and specifications as developed by consulting engineers; of equipment material compatibility with different mediums; and of electrical power components their uses proper selection and/or sizing.
Willingnessfor potentialtravelfor relatedprojectspecificcoordination.
