As aSolutions Architect with a focus on the Workday platform you will play a critical role in helping us leverage the latest technologies to streamline processes improve productivity and deliver highquality projects on time and within budget. This is a Full Time Office Based position in our Canonsburg PA location.
What We Are Looking For
- A Solutions Architect with extensive Workday experience is highly preferred as this role will be dedicated to the platform. Someone who canwork both independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to understand coordinate design and implement technology solutions and strategies to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the organization.
- Solutions Architects will perform the following:
- Lead the design development and implementation of scalable endtoend solutions that align with organizational goals technology strategies and project requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate crossfunctional teams ensuring effective communication collaboration and understanding of goals.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools based on their suitability for specific projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments of proposed solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution design and architecture decisions.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders providing updates on project progress achievements and potential challenges.
- Manage relationships and collaborate with technology vendors ensuring alignment with organizational needs and standards.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Support team development by providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
- Maintain documentation of technology processes decisions and project milestones.
- Individuals possessing these strengths and experiences:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum) preferred.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Indepth knowledge of industry best practices emerging technologies and trends.
- Industryspecific experience especially in Construction is advantageous.
- Degrees in Computer Science Information Technology or related fields are a plus.
