Please note the schedule for this role will be 11:30 8:00 PM EST 9:30am 6pm MST/8:30am 5pm MST during daylight savings time). This role is only available in our Scottsdale AZ office.
The salary range for this role is $based on active FINRA licenses at time of offer.
Responsibilities:
We are here to simplify the world of investing meet our clients where they are and ensure they feel supported when they call in to Vanguard. As a Client Relationship Associate you will:
Partner with our clients via inbound phone calls to assist them with a wide range of financial inquiries from account maintenance to identifying and resolving issues.
Support closing shift responsibilities including answering client inquiries and any additional endofday duties.
Lead with empathy and a problemsolving mindset to help uncover client needs and provide timely and accurate solutions to clients.
Collaborate with internal departments through various strategic initiatives to continuously improve the client and crew experience.

Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills to engage with our clients and our crew.
Customerfacing and/or inbound phone experience.
A learners mindset and an appetite for financial acumen.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience preferred.
This job requires a Series 7 and 63 regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA state SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on rolespecific duties.
