Job Description
New Employee Bonus up to $500
Description of the role
Preferred Care at Home of Tucson is currently looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients helping them with daily activities and ensuring their wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
- Assist with meal planning preparation and feeding.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks including laundry and light cleaning.
- Ensure the safety and security of clients at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role: minimum of 1 year required
- Certification in CPR and First Aid or ability to obtain it (we can we can help you to get at no cost)
- Current TB test with negative result or ability to obtain it (we can we can help you to get at no cost)
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with elderly clients.
- Compassionate patient and reliable.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as lifting and assisting residents with mobility.
- Be 21 years of age or older

Bonus Details
New employees who are actively working shifts willreceivea $500 bonus after 5 months of employment.
