The role of the Clinical Nurse Advisor is to retain and develop the existing customer base by delivering exceptional levels of service and building relationships between Elis Surgical Solutions and the customer.
Your Mission at Elis
Support
- Support Sales Team with clinical advice regarding the use of Elis Surgical Solutions products.
- Provide ongoing support to existing customers with regular service visits
Trials
- Attend pretrial meetings and identify specialities to be covered in trial
- Identify stock levels delivery/collection points order trial stock and confirm delivery
- Coordinate and manage trial
- Ensure completion and collection of evaluation reports
- Compile trial report observations/feedback
- Plan and report on regular review visits
Installations
- Attend preinstallation meetings and support installation within operating theatres
Opportunities
- Identify areas of new business opportunities during visits and coordinate with AD/CRM
- Identify possible customer cost savings e.g. draping protocols pack configuration
- Periodically review product usage to ensure most costeffective use of components by customer
- Support Sales team in specifying drape pack requirements
Business Retention
- Organise and attend regular review meetings with major accounts to resolve service issues and discuss forecasts and usage.
- Identify and Communicate areas of risk to AD/CRM

Registered General Nurse with theatre/scrub experience (Band 5 or higher)
Registered Operating Department Practitioner scrub
