Summary of Role:
The role involves developing and managing the Business Units financial plans and policies while also conducting financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and improve operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develops implements and maintains the financial plans and policies of Business Unit
Assesses the financial impact of key business decisions including operating expense planning capital allocation cost/pricing initiatives and others for both the mid and longrange planning horizons
Monitors financial performance through analyzing and reporting variances to forecasts
Establishes fiscal controls prepares financial reports maintain strong relationships with product management sales R&D and site finance teams
Performs a variety of financial planning & analysis activities
Conducts significant adhoc analysis to ensure the best corporate decisions are made to achieve operational and financial objectives
Increases organizational productivity by working with internal partners to develop repeatable business processes
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs
Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Education Bachelors in accounting or related field prefer Master of Business Administration
4 years Work Experience in Corporate Finance FP&A roles Sales Finance and/or Management Consulting
Great communication skills
Expert level Excel and power point skills
Applies a deep understanding of company strategy and financial/business needs into the own work environment.
Fluency in English Language written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA Preferred
Selfdriven personality with strong analytical skills structured work style and ability to understand complex matters quickly
Carry out investment analysis on GFs overall Capital and R&D portfolio
Orchestrate the generation of executive reports for key GF committees including developing business cases
Experience with Finance System Transformation and Anaplan is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning & organizational skills.
Expected Salary Range
$53000.00 $98500.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.
