Position: Machine Operator
Shift: 7:00 am 7:00 pm 12hour shift; 223 schedule)
Pay: $22
This Position Is Eligible For our Production BONUS & Attendance BONUS!

We are hiring for a Machine Operator who enjoys working in a team atmosphere! The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and troubleshooting a 75 ft long machine. The ideal candidate must be able to work 12 hours on a 223 schedule 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on) you get every other weekend off able to safely lift up to 50lbs and able to reach 84 inches high. The Machine Operator must be very comfortable working in hot climate environment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in troubleshooting adjusting and basic machine repairs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
- Be able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfortable with heights up to 50 ft. and operating scissor and articulating lifts.
- Must have an overhead reach of at least 84 while standing flatfooted.
- Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12.25 hour (rotating 223 shifts including weekends holidays and overtime.
- Ability to constantly walk and stand for 12 hr shifts.
- Ability to stoop kneel crouch and climb ladders.
How you contribute as a team member:
- Continuously work as a handson Machine Operator.
- Assist with equipment setup adjustment change overs and operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical malfunctions.
- Test quality and process finished product.
