You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Vice President (VP) of Marketing will lead and oversee the overall marketing strategy for the organization ensuring alignment with business goals across smalltomedium businesses (SMB) enterprise and sales divisions. This leader will drive marketing initiatives that promote brand integrity customer engagement and market share growth while supporting sales efforts through cohesive campaigns and strategies. The VP of Marketing is responsible for the strategic development and of branding demand generation content marketing communications and digital marketing initiatives.

Strategic Leadership:
Create and oversee the organizations longterm marketing strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives across various segments (SMB Enterprise and Sales).
Collaborate with executive leadership to establish marketing priorities that support company growth and expansion.
Ensure the marketing strategy supports cohesive branding efforts across all channels.
Lead crossfunctional teams to drive integrated marketing and communications initiatives.
Brand Management & Communications:
Lead efforts to strengthen and maintain the companys brand identity ensuring consistency across all communications both internal and external.
Oversee the Marketing & Communications Manager ensuring successful of content social media and copywriting efforts that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage public relations efforts to build strong media relationships and promote thought leadership in relevant industries.
Supervise the Graphic Designer and content creation team (including videography) ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with brand standards and marketing strategies.
Oversee content development across digital platforms including social media email marketing website and video content to maximize engagement.
Ensure creative work aligns with key business initiatives and resonates with target audiences.
Demand Generation & Lead Growth:
Lead the Demand Marketing Manager in the creation and of demand generation campaigns that support lead acquisition nurturing and conversion efforts.
Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives by fostering collaboration between the marketing and sales teams with a focus on demand generation and sales enablement.
Drive strategic initiatives for inbound and outbound lead engagement working closely with market research and lead generation teams to improve lead quality and volume.
Lead market research efforts to identify new opportunities and areas for growth including customer insights competitive analysis and market trends.
Use datadriven insights to inform marketing strategies and continuously optimize marketing campaigns.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns adjusting strategies as needed to ensure ROI and performance targets are met.
Bachelors degree in marketing Business or related field (Masters preferred).
10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a strong background in brand management demand generation and strategic marketing.
Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns that drive business results and brand engagement.
Experience leading and developing highperforming marketing teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research and campaign data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication project management and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM marketing automation and analytics platforms.
