Leadership and team member opportunities are available at our Childrens Hospital of Georgia and Augusta Mall locations!
**Seeking Augusta University students who can work as short as 3hour shifts or as long as 8hour shifts. Before in between or after classes. We will work with YOUR schedule!**

Responsibilities:
Create & promote a culture of care and a mindset of excellence in your team.
Lead hold accountable and celebrate with your Team in achieving goals related to overall Guest satisfaction speed of service order accuracy food safety food & labor costs and morale.
Engage develop & coach your Team to take initiative for their own growth as well as enable and assist them to be the best version of themselves.
Effectively communicate clear priorities and guidance as you and your Teammates face numerous competing priorities in a fastpaced challenging everchanging environment.
Display unwavering professionalism with Guests & Teammates as you showcase our business and the ChickfilA Brand to numerous Guests per day.
Own results motivate yourself solve problems and demonstrate a make it better mindset that enables continuous improvement & a commitment to growth.
Requirements:
At least one year of previous leadership experience measurable results a heart for service and extreme dependability are required. Previous coaching customer service project management or production experience is preferred. Prior restaurant experience is NOT required.
In this position you must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and holidays. You will be expected to be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
