About the Role
PSGare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in providing strategic financial guidance and support to the Central Portfolios leadership team enabling informed decisionmaking and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and manage the budget including forecasting variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to leadership on key strategic initiatives including new program development resource allocation and cost optimization.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decisionmaking on key issues such as pricing investment and risk management.
- Business Partnering:
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with leaders academic staff and other key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address financial challenges and opportunities.
- Provide insightful and actionable financial information to support operational and strategic planning.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant university financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and control expenditure to ensure budget adherence.
- Project Management:
- Provide financial oversight and support for key projects.
- Manage and track project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of project financial performance.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw insightful conclusions.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex financial information to nonfinancial audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- CPA or CA qualified.
