Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing ParentChild fitness Instructor to join our team. In this role you will lead engaging classes designed for toddlers supervised by their parents focusing on movement coordination and social skills in a fun and safe environment. You will also oversee gymnastics programs for older children who participate independently promoting fitness confidence and teamwork.

Job Summary:
At My Gym your role goes beyond teaching Parent and Me programs. It includes leading independent classes for children allowing you to build meaningful relationships and invest in the youth of our community. This rewarding position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth with daily inspiration and genuine appreciation from both children and families. As you develop your skills as a lead teacher youll also gain valuable experience in our backend systems administration sales and training. The skills you acquire at My Gym will serve you well throughout your life. We thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment making it an ideal setting for individuals with backgrounds in sports kinesiology physical fitness early childhood education gymnastics dance or martial arts.

Compensation: $10.00 $15.00 per hour

From first steps to first handstands and holding a pencil to canvas painting we are committed to creating wonderful Moments That Matter. Our gyms and studios are safe colorful and ohsoclean spaces and our staff pride themselves on providing a fun safe and meaningful experience to each and every family who enters through our doors.
Every day in more than 700 locations worldwide My Gym kids attend structured noncompetitive and ageappropriate classes and birthday parties taught by incredibly talented fun and happy grownups. Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination agility flexibility motor skills and social skills. Whether its a toddler in a parentparticipation class wiggling through a warmup or a schoolaged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall the FUN never stops!
In the Charlotte area next to every My Gym youll find a Noahs Art Studio. With multiple locations we provide hundreds of families an opportunity to adventure in art. Joe and Kristen have expanded the Kids Fitness family to include the Kids Art family: Noahs Art. This partnership of businesses is creating and expanding their dream of Building encouraging dynamic places for families to adventure. With 5 kids of our own we know how important it is to come alongside families with little ones to provide excellent services and programs.
